Below are the details of our collaboration: Here’s how we handle cancellations and rescheduling: Client Cancellations: If you need to cancel, the deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel within 48 hours before your event, the full balance will be due. Rescheduling: We understand the unexpected – if you need to reschedule, let us know as soon as possible! A rescheduling fee may apply based on availability. Fabl Studios Cancellation: In the rare event that we are unable to provide our services (e.g., illness, unforeseen emergency), we will provide a full refund for any payments made. Full Commercial Video Rights: Full commercial rights for video content will be granted to the client. This means you will have complete ownership and freedom to use the final video(s) for all commercial purposes without additional licensing fees. Creative Freedom: We reserve the right to use your photos and videos in our portfolio and for promotional purposes – it’s how we share the magic we create with the world. Here’s how we deliver and share that art: Delivery Timeline: You’ll receive your final edits within 1-3 weeks. We promise the wait will be worth it.We believe in clarity and fairness. Here’s what we need to wrap up: Liability: Fabl Studios is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages during the event or session. We’re all about creating beautiful art, but please ensure the safety of everyone involved. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from the use of the deliverables. We’re all about flexibility, but any modifications to this contract must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties. No surprises!
